Nedbank Sleeping or Arrogant?

Why do institutions like Nedbank have contact centres? I am no more receiving sms notifications from my account with them since Sept/Oct 2020 and have tried to have it restored without success – have to their branch at least three times, and since January this year have resolved to highlight the issue through email once a week. All this effort has borne no fruit.
