Nedbank ***** Home Owners Insurance

I am not Happy with nedbank Weeks back my geyser burst, i put a claim to nedbank. They sent a plumber who said the geyser is not burst. The plumber recommend we buy a certain valve ,I called another plumber who investigated and said they geyser is without burst and damaged and there is no way changing any parts could fix it. In fact he sent me photos of the rust and damage I have no idea why nedbank plumbers would not see that unless, nedbank has given them a mandate to try and avoid claims. When I initially called them the drip tray was still able to successfully drain , now its gotten to the point where it dripped out of the tray and damaged some of the ceiling and wall.Be careful claiming from nedbank take photos and get your own person to do inspection.It especially frustrating for me who is not living full time at the property.
