NEDBANK SILVERTON IS THE WORST DISGUSTING BRANCH

NEDBANK SILVERTON BRANCH IS THE WORST BRANCH EVER.

I wonder who manages that branch, that branch is the worst ever. Im always there for banking and it take's a minimum of an hour to get assistance. Yesterday i got into the branch at 9h30 am to cash a cheque, got assistance at 10h20, had to wait for another 30minutes for my cheque to be confirmed, after that whole 30minutes it was never confirmed. Decided to get back my cheque an cash it somewhere. Drove to Mamelodi branch, arrived at 11h15, at 11h30 i was assisted, my cheque was confirmed on the spot.

Silverton branch employs SLAY QUEENS, who will be busy doing their make-up instead of assisting customer's.

The only person youll get good service from is the white lady at the teller, the rest are just a bunch of useless people.

This is not the first time i experience such disgusting experience. Its an occassional experience...

Im so frustrated and angry ,,
