NEDBANK SHOULD BE EMBARRASSED

Used to be one of the most prestigious banks, but I can assure you this is no longer the case.

If you absolutely adore your emails getting ignored and rude and inept support staff, this is the Bank for you!

I have been trying to get a hold of anyone at the deceased estates department in Johannesburg but I get given wrong numbers and contact details, nobody gets back to me and to top it all off, Nedbank today phoned our client to tell them they have no record of the Deceased Estate, even though we have spent months trying to resolve the matter.
