Nedbank Shoprite Dobsonville Mall has the poorest customer service!

Staff is unprofessional and very impatient. They have no organization or structure. Just vibes. They don't even pay attention to detail, they make the pettiest errors during service rendering. I have went to the branch three times in a space of two months and each time I come back appalled at their service. They might as well close shop, we will go to JHB CBD once. Very useless!
