NEDBANK SHOCKING SERVICE

I have been with Nedbank for over 15 years and am really getting shocking service from their Credit card department. ALL MY CARDS ARE UP TO DATE AND THEY MADE A MISTAKE TO HAVE A HOLD ON MY CARD. IT’s BEEN OVER 2 months with my cards being on HOLD. Really unacceptable. ALSO USELESS PRIVATE BANKER I HAVE. Am cancelling this nonsense.
