Nedbank - shocking service and disgraceful behavior by the ***** department

In July 2025 there was ***** on my business account. Everything was done - police case, ***** investigation etc. Nedbank stopped all my cards, debit orders could not go through - with no communication from Nedbank. Today after various follow-up I got feedback - almost six months after the fact. They manage to get some money back from the accounts that the money was paid in - R80 000 - clearly those accounts did not undergo the fica regulations. This was most likely an inside job. The security in Nedbank is shocking and the service is a disgrace.
