Nedbank shocking service!

No assistance in obtaining a simple request to get our statements!

From our relationship banker to the service call banker to the client service manager!

I will never deal with Nedbank again and would not recommend them to anyone i will be closing all my accounts and taking my business to a bank that cares for their clients!
