Nedbank shocking service

Reversing an incorrect stop order. What a performance !!! A supplier put a R5700 stop order on my account. I was first informed that Nedbank could not reverse it . I only had R1500 in my account with NO OVERDRAFT FACILITY. Nedbank let it through and I now owed Nedbank R4200. Eventually after much fighting with Nedbank got it reversed. The only way I could stop it happening again was to close my account. Within 30 days after closing the account, if another stoporder or payment to the account comes in, the account automatically reactivates !!!. Thats the system !!! I want nothing more to do with Nedbank after 30+ years. Cancelled my bond - to get my title deeds back will cost between R2500 and R5000. Asked for a list of Cape Town attorneys to negotiate with. Nedbank gave me a list over 10 years old where 80% on the list were no longer active with Nedbank !!! They call this service ?????
