NEDBANK shocking service

***** on our NEDBANK account five months ago!!! Still have had no answer. Nedbank ***** department say they are working on it. Nedbank's Complaints Dept. are considering the case. We cant go to the Banking Ombudsman until we get an answer from Nedbank.
