Nedbank shocking!

Shocking service this morning! Branch open at 8:30 only 2 tellers available to serve 15 clients (1 client with teller for 30mins) bulk teller ‘not ready’ for clients at 9am! Team leader Nompumelelo Ma***a ‘opening’ another teller point for at least 10 minutes and then disappeared into the back without actually opening it! No urgency! No attempt to solve problems absolutely shocking service!!! No Management!!!!
