Nedbank shocker

I changed to a savvy bundle account to save banking fees. Worst mistake ever. Since then l have had a card sent to Cleary Mall, l don't know where that is. Then they sent a double set of cards to my branch. Now they have blocked two of my cards and can't tell me why. So now I'm supposed to order new cards again, in less than a month, at my expense. This is preposterous and not expected of such a banking institution.
