Nedbank Shelly Centre, be more professional!

I didn’t like how the manager at Nedbank Shelly Centre reprimanded her staff in front of me. I was being helped by one of the friendly tellers at the bank then the manager yelled out my ticket number, I turned around and showed her I’m being assisted already and she reprimanded the staff to clear ticket numbers on the system before helping me. I felt so lost like it was a mistake that I was being helped. After she left it was so tense and awkward, I just left. Please be more professional as a manager to your staff, that was not cool!
