Nedbank sharing my personal details to the world

On 25 September a document was laying my whole street full with all my details including my name, ID nr, bank details etc. The document came from nedbanks lawyers jay mothobi and it was a summons that was delivered to me on 25th of september. The summons was for october 2018 so it was only stamped by the sheriff on 20 septmeber 2019 so the summons is 1 year old! I have never been contacted by jay mothobi via email or cell. I've been paying my credit card every month. Now all my details was laying the whole street for everyone to see and i dont know who've seen it. I will be laying complaints with the necessary departments regarding this as you've thrown all my personal details for everyone to see.
