NedBank share trading platform doesn't care about B-BBEE

I lodge a complaint with NedBank's share trading platform on 24 August 2021 regarding a trade that was never executed. I made several email follow-up and all my emails are been disregarded. Maybe it is because my trade relates to a B-BBEE shares scheme and thus I am not be fairly / reasonable treated. I don't think Nedbank will treat their high net worth individuals in this manner.
