Nedbank, shape up or ship outof SA. You are a time and money waster, a money making business with zero regard for customer service. SHAMEFUL!!!

Nedbank home loans division is agonisingly *********** and useless. Dealt with Naniswami, Palesa and Claudia ( manager) . No feedback or response for two months on why my eft payments were not reflecting on their end. Nedbank harrassed me for two months Nov to Dec 2020 although I had paid my bond installment in full and within the due date. They were scrambling for answers and promised to deliver a response. They take hours to answer then tell you they are working from home and have limited staff. What about our safety and airtime expenses???? Do we not matter, the clients that fund salaries and keep banks alive through the exorbitant fees and interest we pay. Sadly, these guys are on holiday keeping safe and have no customer regard or courtesy to say the least. Nedbank has proven to be one of the most ***********, no sense of urgency, mediocre performing banks in SA with their staff notably fitting in with that brand image.
