Nedbank sevice and benefits are *******

Been a devoted account holder at nedbank for 30 years. Not one slip up on my side. Their chip broke on the second month I had a debit card. They told me I had to pay for a replacement. Forget it. Fast-forward 2022. Had a normal replace card to come through. Could not get there within a month & half. Then went to bank now. They have destroyed the card and I must apply for a new one. Nedbank! There are many complaints about you and individual personal banking. Time to think about banking somewhere else. More benefits. More rewards. More... With... Maybe absa.
