Nedbank settled account

I have been trying to get a feedback from Nedbank after settling my account. My issue is that when I got my credit report it shows I have amount in arrears. I sent them emails and no one is getting back to me. Called them several times all they tell me is the same thing over and over again without proper follow up. They always sending matters to the team leaders who do not even get back to me at all, this is really frustrating and it is affecting my credit score.
