Nedbank services sucks

I am not happy with the service I received from nedbank, I app**** for a loan 08 months ago. I managed to pay it off before the first debit order go through. I was told to call to get a settlement amount, which I did I even received a paid up letter to confirm that i am no longer owing and the account was closed. Only to found out when i apply for a loan or other services nedbank still reflects as an outstanding, I reported the matter with the branch manager from menlyn park branch, they told me to speak to the loan department of which I did so many times on hold for to long on the phone. This thing is starting to irritate me i am no longer owing nedbank please clear my name. Or I will sue you.
