nedbank services is bad

its been now 3 week i have been been calling and my query has not been resolved ,NEDBANK BANK CALL CENTRE AGENTS AND HAS BEEN PUTTING MY CALL ON HOLD FOR A LONGTIME ,MY MONEY HAS BEEN DEBITED BY THEIR SYSTEM ,THEY CAN ASSIST TO REVERSE MY MONEY TO MY ACCOUNT THEY KEEP ,PROMISING TO CALL ME BACK ,NEDBANK BANK SERVICES IS BAD SERIOUSLY HERE IS MY *** ,i have also their their recording for this matter if needed my salary is been deposited into their bank account as I bank with them im thinking of canceling to bank with them because they cant assist me
