Nedbank services are useless
Sent money to wrong number using send imali and they can't do anything about it.
Can't even send me the pin, cancel the pin or change the pin.
Such a useless bank.
They don't even replace your bank cards with the correct card types or to the correct branch

Thank you for correcting the cards.
That is one out of three issues that you managed to rectify.
The send imali was not reversed and was not returned to me as the recipient drew the money so that is money lost. Thank you for that
The overdraft that I mentioned to you guys when the call was made has become dormant again so I will be moving my account to a different bank and my rating will not be rectified as you guys have only managed to send me the correct cards, but nothing financially has been rectified which helps nothing at the end of the day
