Nedbank services are pathetic. (Garden Route Mall)

<p>Ever had to draw money from a Nedbank ATM? Chances are it was out of order, and the next one you tried aswell. The ATM's spent more time offline than working yet Nedbank's fees on cash withdraws, and withdraws from other bank are amongs the highest. When opening my savvy bundle account with Nedbank I was told my new credit and debit cards would be ready in 4 to 5 working days. Six weeks later my cards were finally ready for collection. By that time I had already moved to another city. Why is it that bank banks like FNB and Standard bank can deliver your cards to you where ever you like but Nedbank cannot even deliver to another branch. On top of that I have to pay an addisional R120 for the delivery which will take another "4 to 5 working days."</p>
