Nedbank Services are pathetic

Let me start with Customer service my ASS.... I have requested for a Overdraft 3weeks ago.... then later found out that Nedbank has declared me DEAD, they sent me to go all the way to Home affairs standing in a que for hours just to find out that I'm still living and that its a Nedbank Issue.... I'm still Alive FYI, they cannot tell me how that happened. They said its the system that just randomly made me deceased...

so now I've been waiting another week for my overdraft because now its lying at the CIS Department for ***** and and and.... I've been waiting for Nedbank's stuff-up that they did in order to get my Overdraft I've app**** for and approved for....

you guys are really pathetic! always have issues with you! I think the other banks will do a better job than you Nedbank!
