Nedbank Service worst in south africa

We have a business account with nedbank for a very long time 15years plus. My dad is the director of the company. The compay name is Tradefirst27 pty ltd in Middelburg Mpumalanga.

We have property bonds and car loans with Nedbank which we never missed a payment and have very good track record with Nedbank. We have recently app**** for an overdraft on a cheque account, and we were denied. We have some unforeseen debt that needs to be pay by month end which we didn't plan for. So we just asking Nedbank for some help.

We app**** for R150K we have property worth over R22mil and a bond registered for 8 mil with Nedbank. There's a business within the group of companies worth over R3mil with no debt. We supp**** our financial statements to Nedbank which shows we made over R400k profit last month. Still they say it is unaffordable.

Now i ask the question is a relationship not worth anything to Nedbank. Are the people handling this incapable of doing their job. What is the use of owning so much with this little dept. To be denied that small amount of money. I feel that nedbank is discriminating against us as a business. We have requested in the past and was shot down the whole way or deliberately ignored. My other business is with FNB and if i need some money i go onto their app and get the money in 5 mins.

We will close all the accounts with Nedbank and move it to FNB. Nedbank worse service and the most unhelpful bank in South Africa.
