Nedbank service terrible

My experience at Nedbank was very disappointing after being a long time client, there call Cente agents are rude and not understanding, was shocked to be defamed as not being honest after having a personal loan and vehicle finance with them, the Nedbank branch at Glen Marie has the same mentality, the managers behavior was terrible but the teller showed me compassion and understood what I am trying to explain, I really do understand there are rules but if you are treated as a ***** with your own money it is absolutely sick how Nedbank treated me, will be moving away very soon as I see this bank is not about service and compassion about there clients. Well that is My experience.
