Nedbank service & system pathetic!!

I done an online application to open a Nedbank account . Someone called me back and I spent a few minutes opening it via the telephone. I was then supposed to go in to the branch on Saturday which I did. I arrive at the bank just after ten where a lady ask me if I need help, I then told her why I am there and provide her with my ID which she showd to the agent that was supposed to help me...... but I spend waiting almost an hour for the guy Phundile to help me (Nedbank Zevenwacth Mall) I then told then its ridiculous as I was told to come in and sign and bring my ID. I then took a walk with my baby and came back 15 minutes later and he was still busy with the same people he was helping when I walked in the bank. Phundile then finished up with these people prob 20 minutes later and he started looking at my application. Now I had to do E-signing but the system was soooo slow, it prob took like 10 minutes for the system to accept one signature. By the 2nd or 3rd one (waiting more than 15 minutes for the last one) I ask Phundile if we couldn't sign manually which was such a process, he had to phone IT - Here I am sitting and waiting on all this to happen, eventually it was agreed to do manual signature and when the manager came to approve she realised that the system picked up my married surname and my ID is on my ****en surname. This was so an issue as they couldn't continue with application. Number 1 - When I done the telephonic/internet application I completed as Adams. why did the system or the person phoning me not pick that up by then and informed me. Number 2 - Why did Phundile not pick this up when I walked in the bank just after 10 and let me know this. Number 3. I am divorsed 4 YEARS, If Nedbank pick up my married surname and I never had a confirmed account with them, why could they not accept my new surname? I am now to provide them with divorse confirmation. I feel this is unnessacry and Nedbank system is pathetic, I spent almost 3 hours in a bank for nothing. And the fact taht Phundile are only able to help 2 to 3 customers on a Saturday morning due to system being slow is pathetic for such a huge business organisation. I have been to Capitec this morning where I opened a new account and it had not taken me longer than 1 hour.
