Nedbank service sucks!

I received the worst service ever. My debit card expired on 30 June already, and on the 3rd of July, I have not received my new card. I have been calling since 17 June to enquire, but they have so many different excuses, I don't think they even know where my card is. Today the call cente agent transfered me directly to the courier company responsible for delivering the card, without even informing me that I am being transferred. They were extremely unhelpful and eventually transferred me back to the call centre. After being on the phone for an entire hour, I still don't know when I will receive my new card. This is honestly the worst service I have ever received from Nedbank. I have been a loyal customer for 30 years, but this quality of service will make me move all my accounts to another bank. Delivering an expired card timeously is basics of the business. They failed dismally.
