Nedbank service sucks

Nedbank service sucks. I did a mistake with one digit while doing an EFT and the ******* bank cannot reverse it. Instead they they want to charge me R480 to reverse it. That would me a huge loss to me as I deposited R500. This needs to be reported to Ombudsman. This is a ****************, how many people lose their money to this **** bank. I want my money back. I will also make sure I spread the word about this *****.
