Nedbank service sucks

Nedbank sent my mom [81 year old pensioner] a text message stating that her garage card is at the Nedbank branch. After 3 trips to the branch still no card available and or systems being offline.

My mom had a back operation in February '21 and can't stand for long but the staff couldn't care a less as they make her wait in the long queue. Other banks deliver to your door, but not Nedbank!
