Nedbank service or lack thereof.

What a horrible experience I just had at Nedbank Waterfront. I wanted to deposit cash into my MFC Account. It can only be done at the ATM machine. A VERY unfriendly lady helped me. After I told her that I have never used a Nedbank machine I was told the machine would guide me. Twice I asked for help and each time she just pulled up her shoulders and kept on doing "nothing" So early in the day and already not up to helping customers. I left with nothing done. Thank heavens I am not a client of Nedbank.
