Nedbank Service levels deteriorating fast.

I have been a Nedbank Client for over 20 years now. The service levels has declined tremendously over the past few years. I was a victim of Card ***** and it took me 7 months to get R5k back. Now this month 2 debit orders went off my account without my approval. I have been sent from pillar to post to get this reversed and cancelled. You have 1 more disappointed client to add to you list.
