Nedbank Service Issues

If I could give zero stars I would. It has been nothing but issue after issue dealing with this bank. I have been trying for months to get my passport updated through Nedbank, again and again, their systems don't work! It is absolutely SHOCKING!!! After multiple times of trying, and trying the call centre, I still have not been helped. And then today I phoned to get MY OWN bank statement, and because their new (aka completely useless) authentication system was not working. They have no back up or alternative, so once again they are unable to help. What a terrible bank and what terrible experiences.
