Nedbank Service Issues

I've now attempted sending reversal requests 13 times now, 6 times successful but still nothings been done about it and no call back. Normally I would receive a call back immediately. Why does this service suck so badly.

Finally sorted, but now you found a way to charge on this too. Its ridiculous. These are ****s that you don't want help resolve but rather charge us for.

Still waiting for that elusive call back. I need to understand the charge for fee reversal. Once again the ******** win. Here's an idea, why not initiate a **** every month on everyone's account then think how rich you will even be with all the R5 charges.
