Nedbank service is pathetic
Went to Clearwater Nedbank on Saturday and img what a pathetic bunch. Got given a trainee who clearly had no idea what he was doing and the person assisting them just wandered off.
It was only when I began making a scene after one and a half hours that someone even came to look. All we needed to do was update our details to get a bond cession letter that Nedbank was supposed to issue 25 YEARS AGO.
It's been nothing but pathetic since day 1 with nobody helping at all.
I want this sorted THIS WEEK! How difficult is it to do the basics Nedbank?
