Nedbank service is PATHETIC AND USELESS

Nedbank is absolutely useless. I got a new Debit card yesterday. There is no communication regarding that I have to activate the card at an ATM. So after the card not working when I tried to use it I had to phone the bank t find out that I have to go to an ATM to activate the card. This morning I went to the ATM and my card is still not working. I spoke to a so-called manager at the bank who said he said he would assist and sort it out - and nothing, no feedback from anyone. Nedbank's services are pathetic
