Nedbank service is a nightmare

I don't even have an account with you, I received a FICA notification from you and when I called in, no one could help me. Why am I getting a notification for an account that I don't have with you? Instead of helping me, the agents went back and forth with MFC and I don't have any clarity on what is going on. Call me now to resolved.
