Nedbank service degrading rapidly

Who ever their IT infrastructure manager is needs to be fired. way too often now the online banking website and app is down where i cannot complete payments.

Also my private banker was changed. I have no idea who to deal with. new cards were ordered weeks ago. only received notification for 1 arriving.
