Nedbank service - BT Ngebs Mthatha
<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>i have never experience such a pathetic service like the one i received from ned bank in BT Ngebs. Those people dont know their jobs. I have been trying to sort out my sons bank account to no joy with that branch. Can you believe after 4 weeks they still asking me documents after documents just for fica purpose. In all this I have signed about three guardianship form but they are still asking me to come sign one and also bring my sons birth certificate. this is unacceptable can these people get training or just simple shut down the branch as it is useless</p>
