Nedbank service and processes

Absolutely shocking 'service' from Nedbank! After 4 days, my payment still hasn't cleared. The amount left my account WITH a service fee on Sunday evening already .No-one is able to give an answer as to why, after spending 1 hour today and 20 minutes yesterday on trying to get information out of 4 different parties. Also inconsistent information and different SLAs from all parties involved! This is the reason why I closed my other Nedbank accounts
