Nedbank Service

A transaction was made on my nedbank account that was not authorized by me. I made numerous phone calls and eventually got my dispute form escalated. Now my profile has been suspended, I went to the Nedbank branch in Ermelo and what a total waste of time, they always respond with, we are facing network problems please be patient with us. I am so frustrated call centre is not answering. I can not go on like this. Worst Bank ever, with the worst customers service.
