Nedbank Service

I am extremely disappointed in Nedbank, their lack of service is really disturbing. I have been trying to close my credit card with them for 2 months now, my credit card is paid off and still I can't have it closed. I have contacted the call centre (which is the only platform they use to close cards) and still the card is open and active. Every time I call the call centre I am told that I will receive a confirmation call around the closure. Last month I was charged a fee for this credit card and I had to transfer more money to cater for the full outstanding balance. Call centre reference number : ********** 9

The above was incident number 1, incident number two. I went to the Nedbank branch to close my Business account as well as my JustSave account. The business account seems to be closed ,but the JustSave seems like it is still open. I am highly irritated because next thing they will be sending me stupid overdrawn messages. I want these accounts closed
