Nedbank sending me from pillar to post for a investment withdrawal

I invested my money with Nedbank now that i need to withdraw it for an emergency they are telling me stories,sending me from pillar to post telling me that they need authorization from national and regional office but funny when i took it to them i did it at the branch and i was told that i can be able to withdraw at any time when i need it.i will never invest and recommend Nedbank investment to anyone i'd rather take my business somewhere.so now i must end up doing a loan when i have Nedbank holding my money
