Nedbank Sendimali is money making scheme

Nedbank’s Sendimali is a money making scheme. As a customer I do not have the capability of reversing it. Why? I sent money to a wrong cellphone number by missing just one number and now the R10 fee will kick in and the recipient of my own hard earned money is sitting with money that was meant for someone who really needed and I call the bank to only find out that I cannot reverse it. This is unacceptable and I am looking at options to have this reported with other relevant bodies of the banking industry as we can see that a lot of people aren’t happy with Nedbank regarding this send imali thing
