Nedbank Sendi Mali *****

I lodged a ***** Case with Nedbank on the 29th of July 2025 for a ***** of R10 000 that went off in two transactions of R5000 each with Nedbank sendi mali. I was told it takes 6-9 weeks to resolve the case. Since then I'm the one who does follow-ups with no feedback on the progress of the investigation. I've tried to contact Monica Maphosa several times who is the appointed investigator at nedbank with no luck of getting hold of her nor a response to my emails or calls.

This issue has been a huge inconvenience to my life and I have not received the help or proper service I need from the bank. KOKETSO SAMUEL SECHOARO ***
