Nedbank Send-imali, Useless!!!

I have never come across such a useless service offered by such a Big Bank (Nedbank Send-imali). Yes, they copied the concept from FNB but if you are going to copy something make sure it works.<br> Yesterday I was stranded after forgeting my bag my bag at home, luckily I had my phone, so a friend sent me a Send-imali transaction of R470.00. The service is useless because you can not withdraw part of the amount and I drove around to almost 5 ATM's all of them didnt have R20.00 notes for me to with draw all the amount, what is worse is the call centre agents NOT being able to sssist or understand the way this useless send-imali service works. After driving to all 5 ATM and spending almost what is sent to me i STILL am unable to withdraw from all ATM\s I have tried because none of the ATM's have R20.00 notes and i cant with draw part of the money
