Nedbank Send Imali - Poor Service

I am a Nedbank account holder and i tried to send money using their send imali facility. What a bad experience. The money that l sent on 14 July 2021 could not be withdrawn. They at tymes dont send PIN and when you try to request PIN it dosent send you. I notified the bank. Since 14 July 2021 to date (24 July 2021) have not been refunded my money. What a terrible experience. Will never use their facility again.
