Nedbank Send-imali Option

When is Nedbank reviewing the send imali option? From 2016 people have been complaining about the fact that a reversal cannot be done unless you are the receivers mercy!

Why can't the OTP be sent to the sender's cellphone number who will then send it to the receiver?

I mean, it cannot be that hard. That's how other banks are doing it. Why can't we?
