NEDBANK send imali is a ****!!!!

I'm writing this review very disgusted with Nedbank , I did a mtnmomo cash out via Nedbank on the 14th of February 2025 and they did not send my voucher number. I logged a query REQ*** with Mtn MOMO and they said their head office has escalated the matter to Nedbank and they are the ones failing to resolve the matter. I was stranded on Friday because I couldn't cash out my transport money and up to now, I'm still being ****med by NEDBANK
