Nedbank Send Imali - Cannot reverse incorrect transcation!
<p>I am so angry at the service i recieved from Nedbank this morning.</p> <p> </p> <p>I accidently sent a money transfer via the nedbank send imali and accidently put in the incorrect phone number. When i realised that I had made the error, I immediately contact nedbank customer care and was put through to the Nedbank Send imali didvision. A consultant by the name of Zama asked for my id number and verified my details. After doing all that, she comed back with a response that there is nothing they can do about it.</p> <p> </p> <p>I cant understand why such a big organisation cannot reverse such from the back end. I am pretty sure that I am not the first customer to make such and error and i can guarantee the there will be many more. Im pretty sure there is a procedure in place but consultants are to lazy to provide us with the customer servcice we deserve and nedbank promised.</p> <p> </p> <p>i am disgusted and livid!</p>

I wrote a review about a bad experience I had with Nedbank send imali. That I accidentally send funds to an incorrect number. After realising my mistake I contact the contact sent and after the consultant verified all my information. She then advised there is nothing she can do.after lodging this complaint on hello peter. Nedbank responded promising to resolve the issue. I got an email 72 hours ago from Nedbank requesting my information such as I'd number and account number which I provided to them within 30 minutes. Since then I have had no response... I will definitely be closing my account with Nedbank. Banks like Absa have certain security measures when it comes to cash send...why can't they do the same!
