Nedbank Send-iMail expired pin OTP reset issue

After 48hrs my OTP expired when I attempted to reset it via the *120*001# platform it keeps stating "I have no Send-iMali transections" this is the 2nd time this incident is happening to me, now I'm forced to wait more than two week for the money to reverse back into my account since the OTP is failing to give me a reset option
